Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
We ship within Germany and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England (United Kingdom), Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Italy.
Shipping costs (including sales tax)
Domestic shipments (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order total (gross merchandise value):
Germany:
- Order value up to 99.99 € = 4.95 €
We offer free shipping on orders of 100.00 or more.
International Shipments:
We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
EU:
- Order value up to €199.99 = €9.99
Switzerland:
- Order value up to 199.99 CHF = 19.99 CHF
England (United Kingdom):
- Order value up to £199.99 = £20.00
For orders totaling 200.00 or more, we offer free shipping to international destinations.
Delivery Times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic (Germany) deliveries will be made within 1–3 business days, and international deliveries within 3–10 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
