Blood sugar-friendly collagen snack
What you need
Ingredients
2EL Collagen peptides
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp cream or coconut milk
2.5 tsp coconut butter
50g almond butter
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
1) Heat the mixture over a low heat on the stove, stirring well until it becomes a smooth, homogeneous mass.
2) Spread the mixture on a piece of baking paper and place in the freezer to freeze. If you like, you can top it as you wish.
3) After freezing, cut into small pieces and freeze again. The pieces can be enjoyed directly frozen or defrosted briefly - both are delicious!
4) In the fridge, the mixture remains soft and rather runny - perfect for spooning and also a treat.
