Echte Rinderknochenbrühe – nur ohne stundenlanges Kochen. Unser Knochenbrühe Konzentrat vom Rind bringt Dir den herzhaften Geschmack klassischer Brühe in eine einfache, alltagstaugliche Form. Ein Löffel genügt, um Suppen, Saucen, Reis, Pasta, Eintöpfe oder Pfannengerichte geschmacklich aufzuwerten.
Das Konzentrat wird aus Rinderknochen hergestellt und schonend eingekocht. So entsteht eine intensive Knochenbrühe mit natürlichem Kollagen, Eiweiß und kollagentypischen Aminosäuren wie Glycin, Prolin und Hydroxyprolin.
Mit 220g Inhalt erhältst Du ca. 22 Portionen. Pro Portion liefert das Konzentrat ca. 3,6g Kollagen und ca. 4,5g Eiweiß.
